TAC II

An existing industrial building with an even more industrial feel, TAC II underwent some much needed modifications.  Numerous offices were added to support the growing transportation department, the roof was replaced, and the restrooms were updated to current ADA requirements.  The building was equipped with fire alarm and sprinkler systems.  The most notable change occurred with the replacement of the interior finishes of the entire building, along with the remodeling and noise reduction of the cafeteria, giving the building a completely different and welcoming atmosphere.
