Team

Craig was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio.  He is married with three children and resides in the City.  After graduating from Kenton Ridge High School, he went on to receive his architectural degree from The Ohio State University.  He obtained registration as an architect in the State of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Architects.  Craig has over 25 years of experience in the architectural field and in 1995 established his own firm.  He has extensive experience in full Architectural Services which include assessment, design, construction cost estimating, bid specifications, negotiations, project management, and on-site supervision.

Zach graduated from Springfield North High School in 2008 and attended Joint Vocational School for Drafting and Design his junior and senior year.  He then proceeded to acquire his Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design from ITT Technical Institute in 2012, and is on his way to acquiring his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management.  In the summer of 2007 Zach competed in a house designing program for Habitat for Humanity and the Westcott House Foundation.  Zach has continued to improve his skills and understanding of construction documents along with various other phases of the design process.

Heather was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio.  She is a proud graduate of Springfield South High School and continued her education at The Ohio State University and Wright State University.  Being a resident of Springfield for most of her life, the community, its residents, buildings, and businesses are important to her.  Supporting the efforts of the Historic South Fountain Preservation, the Downtown Revitalization Project, her local church, and her family, she remains an active member in the community.  Heather brings years of managing, marketing, accounting, problem solving, sales, and customer service skills to the firm.

Gene retired from Navistar International as a General Foreman.  In 2000, he joined the team at Craig E. Dillon Architects and has kept the office in top working condition ever since.  He works quietly behind the scenes ensuring building maintenance and office repairs are completed quickly and properly, but is always available to assist an office member when requested.
