The Westcott House Foundation partnered with Norwich University for this exciting project.  The Solar House was designed and built by Norwich University students for the 2013 Solar Decathlon Competition.  After the competition and public showing, the house was dismantled and slowly traveled from Vermont to Springfield, Ohio.  We anxiously awaited it’s arrival!  The day finally came and all hands were on deck to cautiously reassemble this award winning structure.  Craig E. Dillon, AIA Architects were there throughout the relocation process to ensure the Solar House was reconstructed as the students at Norwich University intended.
