Hennigan Residence (Addition)

The challenge of this project was designing a custom living room addition that fits into the neighborhood fabric of the condominium community. Following the stringent guidelines set by the condo association, paying close attention to the motifs present in the existing house, and all the while addressing the specific concerns and wishes of the client, Craig E. Dillon, AIA Architects were able to provide a comfortable living room that assimilates well into the neighborhood, pleasing both the homeowner and the surrounding community.
