Originally a warehouse built in 1895, this building was successfully converted into the first vertical loft condominiums in downtown Springfield. The four condominiums each have open floor plans with distinct differences and personalities. Unique to the building is the penthouse room rising through the roof, designed to resemble a maintenance shed to divert unwanted attention, along with the one of a kind roof deck it accesses. Great care was taken to use elements original to the building, such as interior brick, wood floors, and exposed wood joists, mechanical systems, and sprinklers.
