Greenbrier Apartments Exterior Alterations

The basis of the design for Greenbrier Apartments was to solve critical safety issues and create a beautiful procession towards the apartment complex.  The deteriorating concrete steps, crumbling retaining wall, and rusty handrails posed a danger for anyone walking up the steps and the residents were concerned about their security in the dark confined stairwell.  The retaining wall was replaced with a durable stucco wall that encloses a lush garden space filled with low maintenance native plants.  Greenbrier Apartments are now beautiful and secure, thanks to the renovations that will last many years with minimal maintenance.
