Brougher Residence

This addition and renovation included a three car garage, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a utility closet, and a large family room.  Meticulous research was required to ensure the transition from the existing house to the addition was flawless and to maintain the integrity of the home’s original era.  A chimney venting a fireplace in the family room and a barbeque on the new outdoor patio is just one of the design facets keeping the family and their hobbies in mind.
