The Last Queen

This project involved the adaptive reuse of a portion of an existing mixed-use building into a beloved British-style pub in Springfield, Ohio. Formerly occupied by a bike shop and ice cream store, the space was thoughtfully transformed into a warm and inviting restaurant and bar while carefully coordinating with the adjoining duplex residential property. The design embraced the character of the existing structure to navigate the complexities of renovating and revitalizing an older building for a new community-centered use.
