Kore 4 Soul Kitchen
This project transformed a long-vacant 3,276 square foot warehouse into a vibrant new gathering space for the beloved local Kore 4 team, known throughout Springfield for their soulful cuisine and strong community presence. The adaptive reuse included a complete change of use from warehouse to assembly, featuring a commercial kitchen to support their expanding food truck operations, along with new office and event spaces designed to bring people together through food.
