Gingerbread House

At 5,000 square feet, this existing metal building in Urbana, Ohio was transformed into the Gingerbread House.  The day care facility includes classrooms, offices, a kitchen, and play areas, as well as, a mezzanine that overlooks all of the classrooms. It is an uncommon reuse of this type of structure, but with a vision, a little imagination, and a lot of determination, this dream became a reality.
